What happens after I request a consultation?

Sabrina reads every request herself and follows up to talk about your home. When it feels like a good fit, we arrange a short walkthrough so the plan is shaped around what you actually want cared for.

Do I need to be home for the walkthrough?

It helps, because the walkthrough is mostly listening. If your schedule makes that difficult, we can talk it through by phone and gather what we need another way.

Why does every recurring home begin with a detailed clean?

The first visit takes longer and goes deeper, room by room. It gives us a considered starting point so the visits that follow can hold the home steady.

Is my home too messy for a cleaning service?

No. Homes are lived in, and we arrive without judgment. Tell us where you would like us to begin and we will plan the first visit around it.

How often do you visit?

Most households choose weekly or every two weeks. Monthly visits are possible, and one-time detailed cleans and move-in or move-out cleans are arranged on their own.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Please give us 48 hours' notice. Later cancellations and lockouts are charged $49.90, since the time has already been held for your home.

When can I reach you?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Will I have the same team each visit?

Yes. We plan for the same dedicated team to return, so your preferences and your routines become familiar rather than explained again each time.

How is my price decided?

By the size of your home, the number of bathrooms, whether there are shedding pets, how often we visit and anything you add. You can see an estimated range on the consultation page, and your final price is confirmed after your consultation.

How do I pay?

A card is kept on file once your service is confirmed personally with us. We never collect card numbers on the website, and nothing is charged to request a consultation.

Prices are reviewed once a year, in January.

Are supplies and equipment included?

Yes, everything is included. If you prefer that we use particular products in your home, we record that and bring them.

Tipping is never expected. It is always appreciated, and anything you leave goes entirely to the team who cared for your home.

Yes. Pets, preferred products, the rooms that matter most and the routines of your household are recorded and remembered.

What is not included?

Exterior windows, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup and moving furniture over 25 lb. Those call for a specialist.

Which areas do you serve?

Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island and Cainhoy, Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island. If your address falls outside that, tell us and we will let you know when we reach you.
