When our family moved to Mount Pleasant in the summer, we were looking for something many families understand: a calmer pace, meaningful time together, and new opportunities for our children.
With our son attending the College of Charleston and our daughter at Lucy Beckham High School, we began putting down roots and making this community our home.
For me, the move also meant turning the page after more than 18 years of running a cleaning company in South Florida. I was grateful for the clients who valued my work and trusted me with their homes. Leaving those relationships behind was an important part of beginning again.
At first, I thought this new chapter might take me in a different professional direction. I wanted to explore other possibilities.
But I kept coming back to the work I knew and loved: caring for a home with attention, taking pride in the details, and knowing that someone could walk through their door and feel at ease.
That calling became Pleasantly Clean.
My vision is to bring Mount Pleasant a more personal approach to home cleaning—one that begins with listening, respects the way each household lives, and gives every home the thoughtful attention it deserves.
A beautiful home is personal. So are the expectations, routines, and belongings within it. I believe the person you welcome into that space should care about earning your trust as much as completing the work.
Our family came here hoping to create more room for what matters. Through Pleasantly Clean, I hope to help your family do the same.
I would love to learn about your home and what exceptional care means to you.
